Notification of Disciplinary Action

These charges have been back dated to the 8th of May 2007.

By direct order of Her Majesty Kiwi1988 Sovereign of the Forum; Military Global Allied Forces member Cowboy is herby committed to stand forth in absentia for breaches of four kinds of the Social Contract and Rules of the forum.

Charge and Specification:
1.   Failing to respect all members
2.   Failing to respect staff
3.   In sighting discussion of a disorderly manner
4.   Conduct of a less than admirable demeanour

Outcome:
 As so deemed fit by personal direction of Kiwi1988 SF, Cowboy is herby sentenced to:

1.   On the Charge and Specification of failing to respect all members, Cowboy is herby reduced in grade to the rank of Private, Loss of all ribbons/badges and awards.
2.   On the charge and specification of failing to respect staff, Cowboy is herby stripped of all Karma Points and a negative 5 penalty imposed.
3.   On the charge and specifications of conduct of a less than admirable behaviour, Cowboy is herby appointed and designated to the rank and position of Troll for an in definite period of time.
4.   On the charge and specification of in sighting discussion of a disorderly manner, Cowboy is herby sentenced to one weeks ban effective from the 8th of May 2007 to 15th of May 2007.

In closing:
It goes with out saying that this member had the intention to disrupt the normalities of the forum and smear the good nature of both the content and most notably the members of Military Global Allied Forces. For a forum to grow in a positive light members like Cowboy have no place and it is only fitting that members like Cowboy dealt with accordingly.
