Charge and specification:
1.   Posting material of a irrelevant and spamming nature
2.   Breaching the copyright terms of Military Global Allied Forces

Outcome:
As so deemed fit by Kiwi1988 SF, ratte7689 is herby sentenced to:

1.   On the charge and specification of posting material if an irrelevant and spamming nature; ratte7689 is herby appointed to the rank of Troll and all associated degrees of punishment for Troll is included.
2.   On the charge and specification of breaching the copyright terms of Military Global Allied Forces; ratte7689 is herby banned from Military Global Allied Forces with immediate effect.

In closing:

Of the two charges the latter is the more heinous. In ways this conduct that ratte7689 has displayed in nothing less than theft and will not be tolerated on this forum. This immediate ban and the speed in which it has been delivered here today shall the set precedent for the handling of thieves on this forum.
