The west will have to pay one day, when Gods judgement day is in front of them, and asks them why they put advantage over truth. The Croatians yes need to pay for their acts in the past if they dont then they will pay in another way. For example one day Croatia will no longer exist I tell you. If they had been punished like German Nazis for example, then Croatia would live, but this is not the case. Cosmic justice will do its work when mens justice fails the TRUE victims.
