Happy birthday Kiwi. You're about a year younger then me. I am turning 35 in July 13th. I was actually born on Firday the 13th even though I don't believe in it. 13 is a very positive number in Judaism. I hope you have a good year.

Well thanks Kiwi. It is funny to see some of the other Ex-JTFer's on the forum. Although unlike some of them I really feel that Chaim is only imitating his mentor Rabbi Kahane who was just as bad and just as much of an ego manaic as Chaim now is. Chaim has said that the criticism's he has received are the same one's Rabbi Kahane which is likely true. So I feel the whole movement and all the splinter groups are all bad. I wil continue to go on Live Leak and find shows and make comments on his and other Kahanists video's be it JTF or other Kahanist video's. Kahane's wife by the way doesn't support any of these groups not Chaim, not Yekutial, not anyone. She is supporting feiglin. I heard her on Arutz Sheva and all she was talking about was seeing the glass HALF FULL. I understand you have to move on in life but to say this when your husband and son and daughter in law really said a lot about her. It really sounded like big deal. Yet she is also writing a book on the JDL in America. Yet she isn't writing about terrorism which killed her husband and son and daughter in law. It just doesn't add up to me. I really sensed apathy and as I said I understand not being too emotional and moving on but I just sensed apathy. I had my bias against him and I would love to be proved wrong but this interview made me feel even more so that Kahane was not a good man and his own wife didn't take him seriously. If his own wife didn't take him seriously why should I?? I guess I am getting off topic here. You all are good with the smilies.

How i see it G-d put people on this earth for all different reasons, no one is 100% correct and just in their actions. You must take time and logic to work out what the true path yourself. I hold nothing against Kahane, I was a Kahanist, not any more. People who claim to follow his teaches are corrupted to their own greed and self worth. I spoke to Allen-T regarding this. As long as you follow G-ds wishes, no mere human can destroy your faith and your belief. G-d stood on my side and the side of all that has been harmed by the Nazi's Never forget or underestimate your own ability to reason and self logic.

My biggest problem with Rabbi Kahane was he was right on some issues but IMO just like Chaim he viewed himself as a G-d and without bias (which is why he as ONE OPINION felt this was Torah which is NOT TORAH. Torah is not based on ONE VIEW) and that is what I sense from listening to some of this video's on you tube that anyone that was not 100% perfect that didn't agree with him he would make him into a fraud that SHOULD NEVER be listened too. That sounds very familiar. It is my view. I agree with you though Kiwi that we have to use our common sense when dealing with religon and certainnly parts of the Jewish Bible do seem to have some evidence and could not have been made up and a religon that says that you should not make different rules for different people and you should care for the orphan and widow who would just make that up. Rabbinic Judaism some parts of it have no biblical basis and Judaism like other relgions have sometimes turned Rabbi's into G-d's and that is a problem that really faces Judaism because our leaders have not been perfect and if Rabbi's really do have idea's that are poorly thought out no changes are made because they are beyond criticism so the problems never get solves and continue. Too many people use religon in a very bad way just to intimidate people and shut them up and that of course is really bad and I deal with Jewish people like that and it really pisses me off dealing with that.

Unfortunate thing is Rabbis are just mere men, with the evil in them as much as the next man.
Power corrupts and as we have all seen is far from pretty.

Absolutely, KIWI. You're on the ball. I agree Even good Rabbi's are not perfect and in a few area's may have a conflict or interest. When a Rabbi though thinks he is perfect and thinks he NEVER has a conflict of interest or ANY FLAWS that Rabbi has a SERIOUS PROBLEM. The problem in sadly Rabbinic Judaism has sometimes made Rabbi's into even holier men that the men and women in the bible which is a problem. I am on a borad called Frum Community and they have allowed a lot of posting but a few times AND THEY NOW HAVE SAID they don't want people criticizing Gaolim (our leaders) but I still do it sometimes in an indirect way and sometimes they are keeping them up as a few comments that were written (to make a Gadol look good acutally did the opposite) and it actually did suprised me.
